Article 1 – Organiser

This competition is organised by SAS KLMH, operator of Moulin Moulin, located at 40 rue du Centre, 62187 Dannes, France, represented by Mr Nicolas MARION.

 Article 2 – Competition period
The competition runs from 1 November 2026 at 00:00 to 30 November 2026 at 23:59, Paris time.

Entries received after this deadline will not be considered.

Article 3 – Eligibility
The competition is free to enter and does not require any purchase.

It is open to any individual aged 18 or over at the time of entry, regardless of nationality or country of residence.

Participation implies full acceptance of these competition rules.

Article 4 – How to play
The competition consists of identifying the rooms at Moulin Moulin in which the various details featured in a carousel of photographs published on Moulin Moulin's Instagram account can be found.

Participants are invited to investigate by exploring Moulin Moulin's Instagram posts and website.

Article 5 – How to enter
To enter the competition, each participant must:

1. View the competition post on Moulin Moulin's Instagram account.
2. Identify the room corresponding to each detail featured in the carousel.
3. Visit https://moulinmoulin.fr and access the dedicated entry form.
4. Complete all required fields and submit their answers before the competition closes.

An entry will be considered received on the date and at the time the completed form is submitted.

Answers submitted by any other means (Instagram comments, direct messages, email or otherwise) will not be considered.

Incomplete entries or entries containing one or more incorrect answers will not qualify for a prize.

Comments, shares and following the Instagram account are not mandatory conditions of entry.

Article 6 – Selection of winners
The five winners will be selected from participants who have correctly identified all the rooms corresponding to the photographed details.

The ranking will be determined by the chronological order in which fully completed forms containing all the correct answers are received, based on their recorded submission timestamps.

The first five eligible entries received before the competition closes will determine the winners:

- The first participant will win a two-night stay.
- The next four participants will each win a one-night stay.

Only one prize may be awarded per person.

If the same person submits multiple entries, only their first fully correct entry will be considered for the ranking.

Article 7 – Prizes and booking conditions
The prizes are as follows:

- First prize: a two-consecutive-night stay for two people, including breakfast.
- Four additional prizes: a one-night stay for two people, including breakfast for each winner.

All stays must be completed no later than 30 November 2027 inclusive.

Stays will be allocated in one of Moulin Moulin's guest rooms, excluding La Maison du Meunier. The room will be allocated according to the establishment's availability at the time of booking.

All bookings are subject to Moulin Moulin's actual commercial inventory, availability and any minimum-stay requirements applicable to the requested dates. The duration of the prize does not guarantee availability on all requested dates.

Bookings must be made directly with Moulin Moulin, in accordance with the arrangements communicated to the winners.

Prizes are personal and non-transferable, cannot be exchanged and cannot be redeemed for cash, in whole or in part.

Article 8 – Notification of winners
Winners will be contacted individually by email from 2 December 2026 onwards, using the email address provided when entering the competition.

They will have 7 calendar days from the date the email is sent to reply and confirm acceptance of their prize.

If no reply is received within this period, or if the prize is declined, Moulin Moulin reserves the right to contact the next participant in the ranking.

Article 9 – Personal data
Personal information collected as part of the competition is necessary for managing entries, checking answers, selecting winners and contacting them.

This information is intended exclusively for SAS KLMH, the organiser of the competition, and will not be used for marketing purposes without separate prior consent.

In accordance with applicable data protection regulations, participants have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, subject to the conditions provided by law.

Requests relating to personal data may be sent to SAS KLMH at 40 rue du Centre, 62187 Dannes, France.

Collected data will be retained for as long as necessary to manage the competition and handle any related claims, and will subsequently be deleted or archived in accordance with applicable legal obligations.

Article 10 – Liability and Instagram disclaimer
This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram.

Each participant acknowledges that the information provided in connection with the competition is intended for SAS KLMH and not for Instagram.

SAS KLMH reserves the right to amend, postpone or cancel the competition in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its control that make it impossible to continue, without incurring liability in this respect.

Article 11 – Acceptance of the rules
Participation in the competition implies unconditional acceptance of these rules.

The rules are available on https://moulinmoulin.fr throughout the competition period.
